5. BackBar (Hudson, NY)

Dog access and everyday fire-pit availability need confirmation. Bad Seed’s private-event information mentions a patio fire pit, which does not establish what is available during a normal taproom visit. 8. Holy Smoke BBQ (Mahopac, NY)
