Pillow & Oats Brewing is a family-owned brewery located on Main Street in Beacon, New York. Founded by Max and Maria Headley, the brewery’s name is a nod to their love for Hazy IPAs, which are known for their “pillowy” mouthfeel and use of oats in the brewing process.

The brewery is committed to creating a welcoming and community-oriented space. In addition to a variety of small-batch hazy IPAs, their offerings can also include lagers and other styles of beer. The taproom has a simple, beer hall-style atmosphere with communal tables and board games. They also serve Neapolitan-style pizzas to go along with their brews.

 

Dog Policy

While Pillow & Oats Brewing has a well-known love for dogs, New York State Department of Health regulations prevent them from welcoming pets inside the brewery. However, your well-behaved, leashed dog is more than welcome to join you at their outdoor tables, making it a great spot for a beer with your furry companion on a nice day.
