Subversive Malting + Brewing is a true farmhouse brewery crafting beers from 100% locally sourced ingredients at the foot of the Catskill Mountains. Driven by a passion for native ingredients + inspired by the bounty that surrounds us in New York State, they aim to capture a sense of place in each of our beers.

Leashed, well-behaved dogs are permitted outside and in a heated tent, however they reserve the right to ask anyone with a dog to leave if it causes issues with other customers.
